As the ferry slows toward Vallisaari's shore, the city's noise fades. What's left is the sea, the pines, and that first glass the sommelier hands you on the terrace.
Two hours, five wines, one sommelier
Our sommelier moves table to table — doesn't lecture from the front — so you ask what you want and learn what you want. Tapas buffet on the table, sea view from the terrace, no experience needed.
The 13:00 tasting tends to be a touch quieter. The 17:00 tasting rolls into a proper night: once the glasses are empty, the terrace stays open until 23:30 and the DJ shifts the set to night mode. Come for two hours, stay for five.
